Oppo Reno10 Pro review
Introduction
In May, the Reno 10 series was released in China. Now, Oppo is bringing the family to other countries, starting with Malaysia. The idea should be slowly spread to countries in Europe. There are three different versions of the Reno 10: the basic, the Pro, and the Pro+. Right off the bat, it's important to point out that the foreign models and the Chinese versions are not exactly the same. In particular, the basic and the Pro have slightly different specs, while the Pro+ is the same.
Today, we're going to look at the international form of Reno10 Pro. It looks and has a lot of other specs that are very different from the Chinese model with the same name.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G CPU is at the heart of the Malaysian Reno10 Pro, which is a middle to upper-midrange device. The Chinese model, on the other hand, has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. The 6.74-inch screen on the Chinese model seems to be a little better and bigger than the one on the foreign version, but it's not bad at all. It is 6.7 inches wide, has 10-bit colors, HDR10+ support, a 120Hz frame rate, and a top brightness of 950 nits, according to the company.
The charge rate on the international version has also been lowered from 100W on the Chinese version to 80W. The battery has the same amount of power, which is 4,600 mAh. The RAM in the international version is also a little less, at 12GB instead of 16GB. Plus, the storage is UFS 2.2, which is much slower than UFS 3.1.
One thing that hasn't changed is how good the camera setup looks on paper. The Reno10 Pro has a 50MP main camera that has OIS, a 32MP zoom camera, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. On the front, there is a 32MP camera for taking selfies.
We'll talk about all of that, though. Let's first take the Oppo Reno10 Pro out of its box.
Unboxing
The Reno10 Pro comes in a two-piece cardboard box that is pretty thick and strong. We think the box's color scheme is a little boring, but that's just nitpicking. The important thing is that the phone is well protected by the store packaging.
When it comes to trinkets, there isn't much to say. There is a charger and a USB Type-A to Type-C cable that come with the Reno10 Pro. But that's it, there's no case or anything like that. The phone does have a plastic screen cover already on it.
