Former Real Madrid Captain, Sergio Ramos Reacts After Getting His PSG Debut – See What He Said
Paris Saint-Germain defender, Sergio Ramos, has reacted after finally making his long-awaited debut for his new club.
Ramos signed for PSG as a free agent in July this year after ending a trophy-laden 16-year stint with Real Madrid.
But the Spanish centre-back was made to wait for his PSG bow, having to first overcome a calf issue that has plagued his year.
After making the bench for last Wednesday’s Champions League 2-1 defeat to Manchester City, Ramos started alongside Marquinhos in PSG’s defence on Sunday, helping Mauricio Pochettino’s side to beat Saint-Etienne 3-1 in a Ligue 1 tie on the weekend.
Reacting, Ramos, in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Sunday, expressed happiness after finally making his PSG debut, adding that ‘you have no idea.’
Ramos tweeted:
“Victory and return. I was looking forward to it! You have no idea.
“They have been difficult months, of uncertainty, many changes and above all, pain for not being able to do what I love, to play football.”
